The Strategies for Positive Youth Development (SPYD) training is for any and all adults who are involved in working with youth or desire to work with youth. Adults will walk away from this training with practical skills, resources and ideas to incorporate into programs, making them more youth friendly and empowering.
This two-day event is for adults who work with you in a professional or volunteer capacity from schools, community and faith organizations, camps, afterschool programs and any other setting. The event will include hands on activities and engaging discussions to inspire, motivate and empower adults to make a difference in their work with youth. Participants must attend both days in order to receive certificate of attendance, materials and incentives.
Our next SPYD training has not been scheduled at this time. If you have additional questions, please visit our FAQs section. If you are interested in hosting a training in your community, please email info@georgiati.org.
