As an initiative of GUIDE, Inc., the Georgia Teen Institute runs several programs for the education and enrichment of the lives of teens and youth in Georgia.

The Georgia Teen Institute Summer Leadership Conferences are the main programs run by GTI.  These residential, team-oriented leadership trainings are held each summer at Oxford College in Oxford, GA.  For more information, click here.

SPYD & SPYD II

The Strategies for Positive Youth Development is a training for any and all adults who are involved in working with youth or desire to work with youth.  Adults will walk away from the one day training with practical skills, resources and ideas to incorporate into programs, making them more youth friendly and empowering.  For more information, click here.

Strategies for Positive Youth Development II: The Next Step is for those people who've been through the SPYD training or are already familiar with the 40 Developmental Assets.  This training for adults will provide more concentrated training on a handful of assets and include concrete ways to use these in working with youth.  For more information, click here.
